The parking structure is a single helix with horizontal facade lines facing the street.The grade level is designed to accommodate 9000 square feet of retail.

Provide functional and structural design of five-level parking garage attached to existing building. The parking deck operates as a side-by-side single helix and has a capacity of 310 cars. The exterior precast bearing walls replicate the window pattern of the building. Parking floors match existing building floor elevations. Provide engineering and shop drawings for all structural and architectural precast concrete.
