SCOPE
Provide structural engineering to assist owner with removal of haymow floor and permit adaptive reuse of large early 20th century dairy barn for modern hay storage methods. Perform structural analysis of barn to determine forces and lateral load resisting system. Design and detail end wall bracing and new cantilevered concrete piers and footings at each frame line to maintain building stability.
