SCOPE
Provide structural engineering design for conversion of former Gilmore’s Department store to a retail, commercial office, restaurant and residential building. A large portion of the building was demolished and rebuilt to unify floor elevations. The new portion of the building is steel framed with metal joists, concrete slabs and brick masonry exterior.
