SCOPE
Evaluate structures for relocation to new site. Develop interior framing to stabilize 100+ year old masonry walls in preparation for moving. Review steel framing used to carry buildings during move. Design new foundations for buildings. Design new floor framing for Century Club renovation to replace existing wood with steel and concrete, and to permit removal of deteriorated interior masonry walls. Design additions to the Century Club for kitchen facilities, stair/elevators and utilities.
